Little Scenes & Vignettes

Along with more complex scenes, a good miniature world benefits from small, individual vignettes.  Equally important is the use of low-intensity scenes to fill in a larger display.  The small vignettes depicted here are interesting and amusing.  They are calm little slices of life, to be inserted where you need a little interest without too much "noise."

A scene of a woman feeding the birds. this is a 2003 piece from Lemax.

Girls playing.  One jumps rope, the other plays hopscotch.

These make for a tighter, small scene of low-key activity.

Man sleeping - and the birds are stealing his food.  Lemax 2003 edition.

A couple warms themselves beside a fire in a trashcan (the trashcan lights).
