The layouts in this section are designed for enjoyment. They provide great action for model railroading and toy train operations. Even better: most of these layout plans include the use of operating accessories. The goal is an easy-to-build railroad that almost anyone can make. Accessories can be added as your funds permit, over a period of time if necessary.
Work has been done to assure that these trackplans fit together well. There may be rare occasions where you have to cut track to make it fit. However, good track work on your part plus a little fudging and pushing ought to be enough to make the track fit well.
Be aware that these are considered "small layouts." They range in size from 4' by 8' to 10' by 6'. All except for the HO layouts will handle small to medium-size car and locomotive types. (HO can handle most longer trains in its scale.) This goes especially for O27, which is a tighter type of O gauge.
More layouts will be added to this section in the future
