A Snake’s Colors
Here are some things I have noticed over the years:
The person who constantly tells you that he is your friend, is anything but friendly
The person who constantly tells you that you can trust him, should not be trusted.
The person who constantly tells you that he is looking after your best interests is actually looking after his best interests, regardless of you.
The person who constantly speaks of Virtue is actually a “weasel.”
The person who constantly tells others how to do right will avoid any obligation when it is convenient to do so.
