Use What You Have
Many of us have lost things, and many have wanted things. We think it would be nice to actually have them here and now.
Some people pine over things they have lost, and others dwell on things they want.
Why not look at what you have?
The only things that are real for you are the things you have now. They are real, tangible, and useable. The things you lost are just a memory. The things you want are just a dream. Neither is real to you. You cannot use them. They only exist as a sentiment.
Instead of waiting to get your lost things back or acquire the things you want, take stock of what you have. Use what is at hand. It might not be ideal, but it is real. At the very least, you can get some results and make a little progress. If you wait until everything is ideal, you might never get started at all.
It is wise to be grateful for that which you have . You do well when you appreciate all that is here for you. Gratitude focuses on what you have. When you appreciate what you have rather than pine for what you do not have, you are a step away from getting something done. The next step is to take your things and use them.
It is that simple!
