Actually, Russia has been building up to it for a while. Shenanigans attempted againt Ukrainians (included the attempt to poison their president) and other such stunts have put Russia in the "niding," so to speak. As for the atrocities, we know what they did in the 20th Century. I wonder what atrocities they have been doing in the 21st?

The man who introduced me to the Runes had fought Russians during World War II. According to Willi, Russia had no redeeming qualities. Had he been writing the books instead of me, he probably would have included a chapter on what magick to use against Russia and France. Wilhelm may have been wise, but he sure could hold a grudge!

I am not going to perpetuate Willi's grudges. World War II is over, the Frog is back in the pond, and any further magick against Russia only happens when they do things to deserve it.

Other than the atrocities of the 20th century, is there something about the current conflict in Georgia that you feel warrants a grave punishment for the Russians? I am not disagreeing here but simply curious, as it appears to me that our own leadership is in no way innocent of similar strategies.
