Loneliness

My observation has been that most of the lonely people are the architects of their own loneliness. In 9 out of 10 cases, they are lonely because that are unlovable. The causes may include bad attitudes, bad habits, foul behavior and unsavory talk. In half the cases, the lonely ones think they are wonderful conversationalists and great companions, though facts say otherwise. One third of cases involve folks who indulge repulsive habits. Nothing repels people faster than filth.

The break from loneliness requires effort. It demands a breaking of unlovable habits and a move toward personable traits. The first step is in the most obvious places. Two things go hand-in-hand: cleanliness and courtesy. Simple personal hygiene and the simple manners you learned in grade school do wonders toward turning the tide away from loneliness. Plain, everyday consideration goes far to melt the bars of solitude.

Results will not come overnight. Persistence and consistency are the keys. One must persevere and must do so as a regular thing. Working in spurts and stops is not enough. The consistent effort assures that success will come. Start with cleanliness and manners. By keeping at it, loneliness will become a thing of the past.

Loneliness is a problem affecting many people. I have put together a free online course to help turn the tide away from loneliness to lovability. These techniques have been working for people for many years. Here is the link to the course:
