Belonging
Look out at the sky. Whether the day is clear or not, you know that there are stars and planets, Sun and Moon. They circle our planet on a regular basics. It is like a large Celestial Machine. Each part has its place in the Universe. Each has a thing to do. Each belongs here.
In the place where you now read these words, you are as much a part of things as the stars are part of the Celestial universe. You belong. You not only belong, but you have a right to be here. You have a right to live in the Universe, wherever you are. No matter what you have done in the past, you have this right.
Just as you have a right to be here. so you have a right to a successful life. Many people do not claim that right, and consequently endure lives of desperation. That does not change the fact that the potential for success can be yours. No matter what you have done in the past, you can have a successful life. There are no special qualifications. All you need do is claim it and make it yours.
This is not to say that it will be easy. You have to work to exercise your right to successful living. You have to work to change habitual thinking and bad habits. Every effort must be directed toward the goal of better living.
